03/01 - The next board meeting will be held on March 1st.



01/26 - HOT & COLD WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE MONDAY, JANUARY 30TH 2012, 9:00 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M. This shut off is necessary to install a back flow preventor as required by the City of Edmonton. The extensive time for the shut off is necessary to allow the glue to cure properly. This shut off will also affect heating however, we are anticipating temperatures of 2-3 above.



01/19 - The 2010/11 audited financial statements are now ready.



01/07 - There are now two storage cages available to residents (you can find "For Rent" signs on them right now).

E - $350/yr (14.6 sq/ft)
H - $750/yr (31.3 sq/ft)

If you are interested in one of these stalls, the lease agreement can be found on our website under Residents/Documents/Forms/Storage Cage.

For owners with parkade stalls, the Board is planning on making storage cages available to those who are interested in the first half of this year. Storage cage "L" (stall 56) is what they will look like, but they will likely be placed at the back of the stall rather than the front.
